Marcia Donaldson, MBA
Small Biz Profit Coach
During my years as a self-employed bookkeeper and financial advisor, I could see from the numbers that many of my clients weren’t making a profit. I learned that they weren't comfortable with bookkeeping and keeping track of the finances so they pushed it to the side. This led to messed up books with unreliable information and unprofitable businesses. I want to change that. I want to empower purpose-driven business owners to know their numbers so they can increase cash flow, reduce taxes and increase profits. I know what works for entrepreneurs to have true financial freedom and have supported many to eradicate debt, achieve financial goals and build permanent profitability.
A native of Jamaica who relocated to the U.S. in 1991, I have a MBA from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of the West Indies. I have 30+ years of accounting experience and have worked at major companies such as Citicorp and Blockbuster. I have been a business owner since 2006 and specialize in profit coaching and bookkeeping for coaches, consultants and other professionals.
My vision is to help thousands of business owners use the profits from their business to impact the world for good. Also, I want to use my profits to empower 1 million under-served business owners by providing micro loans, training and mentoring. I do that that by partnering with the global giving initiative B1G1.
Outside of the passion of coaching, I love to travel and have visited over 30 countries so far. My dream is to visit all the continents and make more amazing memories.
